  1. Dragon FlicPanel is a 32-bit 
  2.             component for Borland Delphi 2 and 3 that replicates the 
  3.             functionality of the 16-bit Aaplay.dll. The component is written in 
  4.             pure 32-bit Delphi, and uses a combination of Device Independent 
  5.             Bitmaps (DIBs) and multi-threading for optimal performance. As far 
  6.             as possible, the functionality of Aaplay.dll and the 16-bit Dragon 
  7.             FlicPlayer component has been replicated in this component. Dragon 
  8.             FlicPanel is also available as an ActiveX Control for use with 
  9.             Visual Basic, VC++, and Internet Explorer -- along with all other 
  10.             applications that support the ActiveX format.
